Well, with current technology the sky is the limit. Rolls of large format media are usually around 200metres x 1300mm so depending on the size you want, chances are the print will be produced in multiple panels. But with the right installer, and the right image, you won't even see the seams.
Here's some pics we nicked off the internet (again). And remember, digital print is 4 colour process so you can't specifiy special colours but who cares - digital is fantastic these days!
